Terms and Conditions

Gross Bin Busters services customers year round.  

Gross Bin Busters reserves the right to clean customer's trash cans on the day that logistically adheres to our scheduling abilities, especially customers with trash and recycling pick up on different days. 

Gross Bin Busters will make every effort to clean customer's trash cans on the day of trash removal service or the day after.  
Trash can cleaning days can change for reasons such as inclement weather, change of trash pick day, and/or logistical interference.  The customer will be contacted in advance for any of these reasons through text messages or emails.  

Gross Bin Busters will work with the customer to clean cans if trash or debris has been left behind or the customer fails to have their cans at the agreed upon location for pick up.  If this becomes a recurring problem Gross Bin Busters has the right to cancel the customer's contract with no legal ramifications from the customer. 

Gross Bin Busters will make every effort to clean customer's trash cans, however, we have the right to refuse service in situations deemed hazardous or dangerous to our employees.  

Gross Bin Busters will make every effort to clean customer trash cans to the best of our ability.  Please note that in certain cases, we may not have the ability to remove all stains and dirt, especially in cases where the can has not been cleaned for extended periods or particular substances have left permanent stains on the trash cans.

Gross Bin Busters will inform you of any damage on your cans before we service your cans through email and text message.  Any damage incurred before Gross Bin Busters performs service will be at the expense of the owner.  If the cans are damaged due to any of our cleaning procedures Gross Bin Busters will work with the customer to provide a refund or the cost of a new trash can.  

Any customers participating in the referral program will have their account credited monthly.

Fundraiser monies will be paid within thirty days of the end of the fundraising period as agreed upon by Gross Bin Busters and the customer. 
Free cancellation at any time.  

Gross Bin Busters will not be able to perform service on filled cans or cans containing obvious animal or human waste.   It is the customer's responsibility to ensure cans are free of trash and debris on their cleaning day. 

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the cans are placed curbside or in the agreed upon area for Gross Bin Busters to perform service.  Gross Bin Buster employees are not responsible for entering yards or garages to obtain trash cans for cleaning. Gross Bin Busters will return the trash cans to their curbside or agreed upon area after cleaning.  

Gross Bin Buster customers will receive a text message and/or email prior to service as a reminder of their upcoming service.

Gross Bin Buster customers will receive a text message and/or email after cleaning to inform the customer that service has been completed.  

Any complaints regarding cleaning services or trash can damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.  

Customers will be charged following the completion of each service.

By purchasing service the customer agrees to all terms and conditions.
